1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Outback Elite website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the rate of 10%. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery Australia-wide for all massage chairs. Delivery times vary by location: Metro areas 5-10 business days, Regional areas 7-14 business days. White glove delivery service includes professional setup and packaging removal.

5. Warranty

All products come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. Extended warranty options are available at the time of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind returns. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
