Faulty Products

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items.

Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 10% may apply for large items.
